I had a lovely stay, enjoying a clean and comfy double room with a nice hot shower after a long day. The bar had a good selection of beers and I appreciated the cozy TV lounge for some relaxation. The only downside was that there were no extra bath towels, but that wasn't a big deal. 😊

Ideal for solo travelers seeking comfort
Staff at this place were outstandingly friendly. I chatted with a guy at the bar who genuinely made me feel welcome and the breakfast was a solid highlight, especially the perfectly cooked eggs.
The price tag wasn’t exactly a steal but still fair for what you get.

Cozy breakfast spot!
We stayed for a night and found the bar area super clean with a warm welcome from the manager. The breakfast was amazing, especially hearing all about Shrewsbury from the lovely cook! Just wished the room was fresher as there were some scruffy walls and an annoying noise from above that messed up our sleep.
